「Clean room and breakfast excellent 」

「The room was really clean. Air conditioning not working, no phone in room and no internet even though multiple passwords were given at front desk. Shower not working. Mini fridge disgustingly dirty. Had to drive up 4 times to front desk and complain. After 5 hours of complaints, we were changed to another room. Still no AC, just a ceiling fan that did not suffice. 「The views and the room were a 10 out of 10. The owner and manager were friendly and tried to make our visit enjoyable. However, there were numerous issues with the resort. Firstly, you need a 4 wheel drive to reach the resort. We had to park our car at the bottom of the hill at the side of the road. The owner had to come get us and bring us to the resort. Each unit has a small hot tub we were excited to use but the water was cold and unusable since they are on solar. The main pool and hot tub...
