I walked in to the reception area and there were two ladies there; none of them even said hello or welcome, I had to greet them for them to speak to me. Room stinks like mold and humidity. The hair blower in the bathroom does not work and all they said was “well”. Not even sorry. I stayed two nights and the o lo had breakfast for my fort morning. When I went to the restaurant my second morning they just said “the supermarket hasn’t opened yet, we don’t have much to offer”. I just stood up and left.
They don’t clean the edges.
The AC hasn’t been cleaned since it was bought.

This is a great spot, especially for the price. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The beds are clean and very, very comfy. The service is great. The A/C works, although you may not even need it. The restaurant is very good. Plenty of parking. All around it’s a great deal. Just be aware it is on the main strip in town and most people drive very loud motorcycles. If it’s a weekend it will be loud all night. I sleep through it anyway, so if you’re like me it will not matter.

Upon entering the hotel. No receptionist. We had to find them. Place is nice and clean and the receptionist was nice however the room didn’t have hot water. Super noisy and the toilet handle was broken. They tried to change our room and the room we had after had no AC they forgot to mentioned that of refrigerator. So we went back to our old room. They try to change us again but the issue was not having hot water for a shower.

The property was very clean and everything worked properly in the room including the air conditioning. The staff were wonderful. It was conveniently located near good restaurants and nightlife. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

There was no hot water which was very inconvenient considering the weather has a somewhat cold temperature. However, the worst thing was the noise. We had a very hard time falling sleep. There’s a little common area on every floor and there was people drinking and talking super loud which we could hear from our room, on top of some loud music from places around the hotel. The staff did nothing about it. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.
