Everything was about as clean at I would expect from a place costing $100/night. Parking was good, the pools were nice, and beach access was decent. I had three issues though: No where in my booking did it indicate that there would be an extra charge of $25/person for a wristband to have in and out ...

Sunchase IV by South Padre Resort Rental
Hot tub wasn't hot in the hot tub closest to our room. The club office gentleman was extremely rude when I didn't understand him. Security was tight, which I appreciated but it went from very little security to very tight security instantly.
