"The staff was kind and the room was okay. The bed was nice but the room was fairly small and I didn't love the way the bathroom was designed. To be honest, I guess I was just expecting more because the pictures were great. The breakfast buffet was very nice."

"The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again!"
