"Very good service, just a few things. 1. We stayed st the adults side and beign more expensive we all shared the restaurants. So reservations was a must due to many people from both hotels. 2. In DR hotels with natural juices, here all were not. Our butler service was awesome, Jose was excellent"

"The operation of the property was excellent and so was the staff. But do not promoted it as a Beach property. The property has a water front but NO BEACH. On the hand the swimming pool was excellent."
