「First want to start with the front desk lady was great! She had little coloring books set for kids and gave us one. Super kind. Last day we were there, I always strip the bed sheets. When I did I found bugs. I called and spoke to someone they expressed concern and offered compensation. A day later, I called them, they said it was simply just a lady bug. It for sure was not, and they are now not honoring anything that was said prior. During the phone call, the lady was not at all kind, I asked...
