We had the best room for my husband that needed a lower floor with easy walking access. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast choices were everything we needed and the area was spotless. This is our second visit here and we will be back again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at checking in and checking out. Room was clean and comfortable despite a little obvious wear and tear of the place. The only small issues I had and saw was the lighting in the room was minimal and a bit dim. The two lamps on the night stand were not working well and one lampshade was broken. Finally the sink in the bathroom took a little long to drain so it would get filled up too quickly due to the poor drainage. I didn’t get to partake in the breakfast the days I stayed due to having other plans each morning of my stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The thermostat worked fine. The bed frame stuck out about 4" on each side of the end of the bed and was covered by the bedding. So it wasn't easy to see. My husband hit it with his leg. Not safe, especially in an ADA room. I did report it to the front desk.
