We visited Santa Monica for a medical reason. The staff was very helpful and the hotel driver drove us to our nearby hospital appointment. We will stay at this hotel again when we have our follow up visit. The hotel was quiet and in a residential neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, walkable location, and very clean which is the criteria I care about. They offer wonderful services like free bike rentals or a Tesla transportation system within a certain radius ( didn’t utilize since we had our car). I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the LA area.

Breakfast was fresh and portions generous. The hotel is very quiet . The only complaint is about the hazardous shower. The spray head is very high. . There are no grab bars and no non slip pad in the tub. It’s slippery for any age person. At least place a rubber mat. At best install a hand held shower head.
