"This was a quick overnight stay. However, the hotel check-in process was efficient with no surprises. The Bell service was quick and courteous dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the airport transfers didn’t require long weights on the curb. They use multiple buses circulating on a regular basis so arriving and departing required minimal wait time"

"The hotel is a museum, fantastic history, but the room was not bad and the bathroom was small and poorly maintained. Otherwise it is a wonderful hotel and location! We will definitely stay there again! By the way, the staff was absolutely fantastic, everyone was very warm and friendly and ready to assist!"
