New favorite hotel

Lovely hotel is a terrific location right in the center of Culver City. The French bistro Simonette is in the hotel and the food is terrific, especially the wonderful breakfast menu. Absolutely loved the hotel and staff!

Everything about this place was excellent. We loved our room on the first floor overlooking the interior atrium. The staff was excellent and polite and helpful. And it’s located within walking distance of everything you need in Culver City. I highly recommend this place. It’s great to have excellent customer service after living in the northwest where Customer Service is not held at a premium. Sorry for the voice to text and the weird capitalizations.

Lourdes at front desk was a sheer delight, esp after a stressful day for me. She welcomed me warmly and my room was delightful...opening out to a LOVELY sitting area outside with a tree canopy. It was gorgeous weather, and was so pleasant to sip my coffee out doors, yet in peace and quiet. I can't say enough about the general mood of courtesy and service at Palihotel. The rooms are small, yet have everything you need, esp given the great service. I'd stay here again, for sure! Thanks everyone at PaliHotel!!

The location is excellent. Walk to shops, restaurants, etc. . Parking around the hotel is permit only so this os a challenge but during the day, walk to public parking structures. Concierge only for overnight is pricey. Really enjoyed my stay.

Decent location and within walking distance of a couple good food options in the metro. But otherwise this place is not worth the spend; almost zero customer service, rooms are not really made with the normal hotel user in mind (read: frosted glass wall directly in front of toilet, practically unusable light switches), and overall a lackluster experience. Was there for 5 nights - way too long for that environment. One tip: if you park about 5 blocks away on Lucerne street, it’s free.
