The people in the room next to mine had babies that just screamed and cried seeelmingly all night... Id called the front desk a few times for some help like moving me rooms or something to help with the inconvenience as it felt like the entire motel was pretty empty except in the part of the motel that we were in but got nowhere. I stay here a lot so I'd expected SOME help but.... unfortunately not

I honestly cannot say I liked it or disliked it .. because I never got to actually check in . The dude at front desk was rude .. and couldn't find my reservation Expedia had to contact them to confirm the reservation . And the dude refused to honor our reservation .. it was evening and freezing cold but he still made us go to night window instead of allowing us inside.. did I forget to mention we were the only ones he made go to the night window everyone else he buzzed into the office indoors .. and upon speaking to the Expedia agent he decided he didn't want to rent a room to us . Don't know exactly why all I can think was because we couldn't hear him thru the lil slot in the window .. so we kept telling him we can't hear u and he yelled at us to get away from the window until we figured out are reservation situation might I add upon me contacting a Expedia agent they said the property has already confirmed the reservation .. but yet the gentle men aat the window states he couldn't find our reservation. Wow . So yeah they are rude . My disabled cousin had the same issue with them weeks prior to this and he's in a wheelchair. Amazing horrible customer service

The female worker was extremely rude and wouldn’t give her name. Came to our room at 9-10pm both nights and wanted to see who all was staying and even said to “make sure to keep my child quiet so no one hears him”, he is only 2 years old. Had the maids coming to the room every 2-3 hours for a “cleaning”. Called the morning of check out at 7am because we woke up to ants all over us and the beds and she said “maybe if your child didn’t stay up eating candy and screaming and crying there wouldn’t be any ants” when we kept my sons candy in the car cause we didn’t get back till 10pm the night of Halloween and he was already asleep and didnt wake up till 7am due to the ants.

It was roaches in the parking lot. Like big real roaches!! The beds were super small. There were people living there. No microwave and my mother in law saw two baby roaches that crawled in the bathtub. For $94 a night I expected to be comfortable and cool but the rooms were hot ASF and stuffy because the window didn't open. We came from Ohio and it was very underwhelming.
