Review
This is a good place to stay if you want a decent location at a reasonable distance from DTLA, Ktown, Hollywood etc. It was clean and pretty comfortable. However, I would not stay here again with the risk of who the other tenants would be. During my stay everyone was extremely loud even though the quiet hours were from 10-6. This was probably exacerbated from the thin walls (I assume).

I appreciated the cleanliness, and it’s location near the airport but parking was very limited and people don’t always abide by the posted time to be quiet. Overall, really great experience though :)

The property was nice and neighborhood was so quiet the thing that I didn’t like was that there was no tv in the rooms.

Just the basics but walking distance to USC
The accommodations are Spartan like a hostel, but that worked for me. I needed to be close to USC for graduation, and this is within walking distance and much more reasonably priced than other options. You do need to provide you own toiletries, but I was aware of that and prepared. The walls are paper thin, so the others staying there will have an impact on your experience. The family next to me was incredibly loud starting at 4:00 am.

This accommodation has everything you need. Very clean room, washing machine and awesome advantage is a self check in. There’s a kitchen and bathroom which you share with another guests. Basically it’s a house with 4 private rooms and other equipment is shared.

There were dogs barking CONSTANTLY. And not just one, at least 4 dogs were barking day and night. No A/C, and constant sirens. The walls are so thing less annoying than the dogs, is the constant sex coming from half the rooms.

Don't stay here.
This place is running a scam, they charge you more than the cost of the room, claiming extra cleaning fees. Then you have to go through the whole process of disputing the charge with your credit card company. Don't stay here.

The proximity to USC is the plus, the smell (perhaps of cleaning products- but it never seemed to go away),the squeaky beds, the lack of soundproofing between rooms...are some of the downsides. We did not sleep well. I also did not feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood at night.

It is close to USC, convenient to school. Beware no TV and shampoo/body washes supplied. I wish the linens are white not dark colors.

Alternate Lodging to Hotels
The RoomRentals near USC was near perfect for our short stay while visiting USC, a short walk away. The common area was sparse yet the kitchen well equipped and a clothes washer and dryer were available free of charge.

Great value!
Cute renovated house you share with other guests in residential neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. Secured access was provided and easy. Only suggestion I have it to make it clear on the site/ad that there are no toiletries provided, not even hand soap. We had nothing with us and it was too late late to go back out. I understand it for the price as or was a good value, just needed to know in advance. Parking was difficult as it got late. I wasn't sure about the area, not being from LA, but it was close enough to campus to be in the area covered by USC security and extra LAPD. Being from Chicago, I wasn't too uncomfortable walking from car, but I wouldn't want my daughter walking by herself at night. I would easily stay again and save over $100!

Один из лучших бюджетных вариантов в ЛА
Отличное место для туристической поездки. Близко от центра. Дом недавно отремонтирован, все новое и чистое. Быстро и стабильно работал Wi-Fi. На первом этаже есть полноценная кухня с плитой, СВЧ-печью, посудомойкой, большим холодильником, набором посуды, плюс отдельно прачечная, которой можно пользоваться. В 10 минутах пешком есть университетский городок USC Village, где много магазинов (Target, Trader Joe's и др.) и ресторанов. Также в 10 минутах пешком станция метро. В 15 минутах пешком California Science Center (музей, где выставлен шаттл Индевор, и куда вход бесплатный). Парковка бесплатная перед входом, правда, там только пара машиномест, если повезет, можно "приткнуть" машину. Из минусов - кондиционер один на этаж, нельзя отрегулировать температуру персонально в своей комнате. Придется договариваться с соседями)

Habitaciones accesibles
La locación es cómoda para tomar camión y metro y visitar todo LA, casa sencilla pero cómoda. El único detalle es que por las noches apagan el aire acondicionado y no hay manera de prenderlo. Hay pocas tiendas de abarrotes cerca por lo que para comprar comida hay que reforrer cierta distancia.
