BED BUGS!!! Room #2 had BED BUGS. Rating 0/10 I was bitten multiple times in multiple places. The management there was hard to reach. They were argumentative and refused to cooperate with Expedia to give me a refund. I showed them pictures and even left an actual BED BUG for them to see. HORRIBLE - I was itchy for almost a week or two and had sores for about 1 month. LAX guest house stands for L-ost A-ll X-pectations of good accommodations.

An alright place to stay since it was cheap, but the room hadn't really been clean. There was human and dog hair on the bed, as well as debri under the bed. The sheets has also had some stains to them. They only probides one blanket which wasn't that much protection during the cold night .

Room # 2 has some sort of weird atmosphere 2 weeks in a row I got really bad body allergies or fleas bites not sure last week couldn’t understand but now I’m sure it was my stay in that room!!! Really bad is the room because I been there before and nothing happened first two times in the same room really bad experience

The front desk person was a horrible person. I arrived @10:15 and he was upset that another guest let me in. Then i was told i do not have a reservation. I tried to show him the confirmation on my phone. He said "I dont care" well that is an understatement, he does not care. The process ended with this man putting his hands on me and pushing me out the door and threatening to call the Police for tresspassing and he threatened to beat my ass if i didn't get off the property. I was trying to resolve the situation calmly and he escalated. Horrible service, all i was doing was to check in and sleep for the night. I didn't think i would be pushed and manhandled and threatened. He followed me outside and said he was going to kick my arse...what the heck? I want a full refund immediately. I was dressed in a suit and tie and friendly try to resolve the issue. He said "no more words" rude and threatening, this guy needs a different career where he doesn't interact with people

As a hostel so close to LAX it's price in unbeatable. It is an Airbnb-like hostel with clean showers and basic bunk beds. I felt fine staying here for $25
