The first room I was assigned on the second floor had several issues: a cracked mirror, dirty sheets, stained carpet, and a non-functioning phone. I was then moved to another room on the same floor. While the mini fridge didn’t work, the room was otherwise clean, aside from a few hairs on the bathroom floor.
If you're a light sleeper like me, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its location right next to the freeway. The sound of trucks passing by throughout the night made it hard to sleep.
On a more positive note, the pool was a highlight: clean, quiet, and hardly used by other guests. I also used the gym, which was well-equipped with towels and a water dispenser readily available.
The front desk clerk, Sierra, truly made a difference. She was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and addressed all my concerns promptly and professionally.
The best part of the stay was the breakfast. The variety was impressive from cereals to hot, fresh Belgian waffles. Everything was well-stocked, fresh, and guests weren’t limited in their selections.
