Check in was super fast. Had a pretty good burger in the restaurant. The waitress was very nice and always checked on me. The carpet in the hallway is looking a little tired. Room was clean but feabreezed a little too much.

Love the front desk staff, I think her name was Lisa, it started with an “Li…”. Extremely delightful person! I had to take an exam the next day and needed to pack up after the exam. She allowed me to check out late. Extremely helpful and kind.

I liked how the hotel was super close to the airport and to the nearest stores and restaurants. However, I didn’t like that the hotel room I stayed in had an ironing board that was broken and not working properly and that the iron I used while I was staying there was dripping water.

We stayed for just one night and were very pleasantly surprised at the price and quality we got for that price. It offers an airport shuttle for those who need it and the staff was very professional and friendly.

The staff when I checked out was very helpful and friendly! The hotel was very noisy. Thin walls and ceiling. I could hear the people above us, very well. And I know that's not the hotels fault necessarily, but if it wasn't so thin I wouldn't have heard them (or people walking down the halls) nearly as much as I did.

Staff was rude and not helpful with the tv not working in our room. They said they would fix it but never came by. No coffee in the coffee area and the kitchen lady was very rude to us about paying for breakfast which lead to us not wanting to eat there anymore. I would not stay here again.

This was a nice stay leisure stay. We stayed for a concert and it very close by. Just 1 exit away from the Toyota arena. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

Shocked at how rundown the place was
I was very surprised at how rundown the place was. I have stayed in so many Holiday Inn hotels for business travel. The hallways were dark, wall paper scrunched off the walls and bubbling, furniture in very bad condition, the TV was so old and wasn't working (they had to switch my room). Everything was dark and dreary and damaged walls. I won't ever stay in this hotel again.

MY ROOM DID NOT HAVE ANY USB CHARGING PORTS AND EXPEDIA SHOWS THAT THERE WAS AIRPORT TRANSFER. ALTHOUGH THERE WAS LIMITED AVIABLE TIMES IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. ONE DESK EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO CALL UBER/LYFT AND I WOULD BE RESPOSIBLE FOR PAYMENT, WHEN I CHECKED AGAIN LATER THE NEXT DAY, A DESK EMPLOYEE SAID THE HOTEL WOULD PAY.
