This hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate, area was clean, not upscale, but ok. Unfortunately, the pool is NOT heated. That might be fine in July, but not in April. I wish it had clearly stated that fact, we chose this hotel partly because of the pool, that we then could NOT use. Breakfast was great, a nice surprise.

Hotel is under renovation and the staff did not provide any info on the sounds that i will hear in the morning from 9 to 6pm everyday. Its very noisy during the day and would not recommend this hotel for now otherwise its a vert good hotel to stay. The staff did said that they will provide me some points for the inconveniences but they never added points in my IHG account which is the hotel group that come under.

Didn't like. Had to pay to stay on this hotel. My shower leaks underneath bathtubs. And not a microwave. I think as a member shouldn't have charged to park my car 2 night and 1 day.

It looked dirty! Room smelled like a wet moldy carpet. For being a IHG Holiday Hotel it sure didn’t feel or look like it! Expensive for it location and condition of it! I have stayed in other places for less and better!

The shower would clog every shower. Full like a bath tub. After the shower was off the ceiling would be so wet that everything in the restroom was wet.

I didn't like that place at all they wouldn't let me park my pickup and work trailer with out paying for another room just to park their i have never been to a hotel that treated me so bad and I do alot of traveling I've stayed in all 48 states and they treated me the worst.

Room was nice but area, parking lot was bad!!! At the entrance of the property, what appeared to be a female prostitute began waving at me. I tried to ignore her and she walked up to my car and asked me repeatedly "if I wanted to play or have fun with her". After checking in, as my wife and I were getting onto the elevator to go to our room, a young male guest got on the elevator with us with what appeared to be another female prostitute. Rough area and did not feel safe at all!!!

They were fixing the place but the check in area was clean. The breakfast was excellent & the hotel has easy access to the highway. Found a great Thai & sushi place nearby too (405 Thai & Sushi)
