This has to be my worse experience of all time! Never had a problem with these hotels untill this pass stay, first while using the restroom i had a cockroach land on my leg then again later in the evening another roach showed up in the shower. The next morning thinking I got the roaches theres another one by the door... This hotel has a restaurant inside and if there is roaches in the room, what about the restaurant....

Great hotel and the rooms are quite clean too. The bed was comfortable and the shower rooms are a good size with updated interiors. Would recommend!

I have bad experience here, so disappointed, no one come in for room service- cleaning or change bed sheet, I have to come down and ask for new towels, receptionist was so so Rude, she never told me that we have to request to clean the room and also never gave us any paperwork about it. I tried to explain that I thought every hotel they have the paper to hang out side, but she was so mean and said that not every hotel will clean your room automatically, and she said that we was denied the room service which we were not.So we stay there 2 nights without cleaning room, no change bed sheet, have to go down to ask for towels, and 2 nights- same receptionist- rude and mean .

Very friendly staffs. Clean property. They have a very nice Chinese dimsum restaurant next door and they are authentic dimsum. Love the complimentary EV charging stations as well. I would come back to the same hotel for my next trip.
