The property was like new and well located. My only complaint was that there was no non-slip mat provided in the shower. The shower floor and the whole bathroom floor were very slippery when wet! I threw a towel in the shower to stand on. Not ideal.

We didn't use the shuttle services as it's for Long Beach Airport only and we need to fly from LAX. We picked this hotel as it looks nice and not far from Long Beach downtown. The staff is professional. The breakfast is okay only.

I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about this hotel. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was amazing. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. We could walk to many restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Long Beach area!
