Overall good for a budget weekend stay. It's definitely 3 stars and has the standard amenities that you'd need for a short time. Rooms are dated and had some musky smells but we opened a window and we were gone most of the time so it wasn't too bad. Bathroom fan was also inoperable which made for a foggy time during shower time with a family of 5. Adequate and close to driving or public transportation for the beach.
