The Wave Manhattan Beach
Staff, always on their phones loudly speaking (non-english so it's very disturbing) , reported an obvious problem, (leaky faucet) that has been and most likely still is leaking water all over the counter. Towels are in very poor condition, you can see thru them as they are so threadbare.

Hilton Los Angeles Airport
Great hotel thats super convenient being so close to LAX. The hallways have a heavy carpet that made pulling suitcase(s) really difficult from the elevator to the room. Driver(s) for shuttle busses were not super friendly but got the job done.
