Bath tub was not clean and looked like someone threw up in the sink. I tried to tell staff and she was not helpful at all. I asked for a discount due to the condition of the room. We had to stay in the room we had events to attend and couldn’t wait to tell first day so I told guest services next morning.

Overall great place to stay. Only hiccup was trying to check out at an early hour. I had to try and track someone down to do so. The desk was not staffed and no way to get contact anyone. The breakfast is good and has lots of items to choose from. Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean. Lots of options for dining and shopping, many of which are withing walking distance.

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room and bed was very comfortable. The fan woke me up several times. The breakfast was good. I didn't care for the crumbly eggs. But the sausage links and waffles were delicious.
