À lot cheaper than the nearby competition but still very expensive for what it is, at least on Rose Bowl event nights. It's survivable but not an enjoyable experience.

The shower had a light that was hanging from the ceiling that was not mounted with bare wires just waiting to electrocute you.

The bed was dirty. The room reeked of cigarettes and the bathroom still had used bars of soap from the previous people. Towels smelled like cigarettes, spiders everywhere.

It was nice friendly management and workers, property was under renovation so that's why I rated average that also hurt the potential for the room for cleanliness, but bottom line it was a good place to stay for a few nights considering I was only planning for 1 night.

Staff was incredibly rude and didn’t care about the safety of their guests!!!!!! Too many creepy and seedy people standing around outside just watching people. I didn’t feel safe there at all and the staff did nothing about it. I’m sure they would have sung a different tune had it been their own family feeling like that. Just abhorrent! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

They kept my security deposit and refused to acknowledge that we had given a deposit. It was not documented properly.

This property left like it hadn’t been updated since the 90s. There was dog feces smeared on the walkway in front of my door and my sheets were literally crusty in spots. It was as close to being a slum without bugs as it could be.

You get what you pay for.
Checking in was frustrating. They didn’t have my name on file for my reservation. It took 20 min to check me in. The room was ok upon entering but the disappointing part of all was the hideous bathroom. It had gum marks on the tile, paint was flaking off, sink was clogging up and mildew also.

Room was in poor condition, unfinished patches on walls, bathroom door would not shut properly, blinds were missing many slats. In need of a paint job. Upside: No bugs, gated and very quiet.
