I liked that the price was reasonable my room was comfortable and clean it was more than expected not bad at all I would definitely book again your own sliding door with chairs to over look well kept property swimming pool,washer& dryer, vending machine, T.V selection is awesome 👍 microwave,frig
I paid $400 for the jacuzzi and it was a shower and jacuzzi like a two in one who want to relax in a jacuzzi where it’s a public shower and the smoke Lamar kept me up like the battery was dead and the air conditioner was loud and took 45 mins to warm up and start and loud the carpets dirty and when I got towels from maid there was a better room then I was given first experience was a trashy experience there price is over reared looked like an old seniors rest home
Great location on PCH .The lobby and the inner courtyard are nice and well maintained . The rest of the property - the exterior, rooms ,and parking lot surface need major improvements .

This is a dingy but close to the venue I was going to. It was a bit noisy from street traffic. My room was bit grungy and the hair dryer didn’t work. They also took a $100 deposit and only returned $68 without explanation. It’s within walking distance of a few restaurants but not worth spending another night there. I would not stay here again.

Overall, this property was a great stay for the price and location. It is outdated, but clean and provided basic necessities. My main complaint would be that the fire alarm went off around 430AM one night during our stay and was not turned off for about 45 minutes. It was a false alarm thankfully, but it was so loud in our room that we had to wait the entire time in the lobby. I was extremely surprised that nobody reached out to us to reimburse us for the night (we were there 6 days).
The property is run down. The heater didn’t work. There is a cold draft that comes through the front door because there is a huge gap and I was immediately itching which leads me to believe there were bed bugs. The towels felt damp like they had never fully dried. When I called the front desk I was told it was just the humidity. They didn’t offer to bring new towel. I wanted to leave but couldn’t afford to book another hotel. Also this one was way overpriced and misleading on their ad in Expedia. There is no hot tub and no dining facilities. I was also afraid to park my car in the back.

Nice hotel. Great location. Ask to stay in back so you don’t hear the busy road. Room had refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with coffee. Would stay here again.

One and done
The hotel is incredibly dated and could use some updating. Carpet was in terrible shape and is in need of immediate replacement. The TV is perhaps the smallest I’ve seen in any hotel had a sound that could best be described as tinny.
It’s a “value hotel” and we paid much more than the quality would dictate. Should not be more than $100 per night.
The one positive is that the staff is very friendly.

On arrival, it was not clear they had a room for me b/c of "New software." Then my room had no towels. When I called, the hand set was sticky. The hallway smelled like garbage. The elevator was very old and unimproved. And so on.
