"This is a stunning hotel with the most beautiful gardens and views. The quirky original elevator takes you back in time. The staff are very friendly & the breakfast was great. There is a shuttle bus service to & from the city gates as well as the view point at Michelangelo square, which we used several times during our week long stay. It’s a great place for people wanting to relax when not exploring the surrounding countryside. But not great for children. Highly recommend L "

"We loved our stay at Villa Neroli. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location, though outside the center of Florence was great. Taking the bus from the hotel was easier than we thought it would be, and it was actually preferable to driving, as parking in Florence is very difficult."

"Gorgeous property. Be prepared to walk a lot. Wear comfortable shoes. Food was amazing. Many different style rooms. Go with friends. We were there for a wedding. "

"Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay."
