「Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.」

「The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room had a jacuzzi (one of the reasons I booked here) but it did not work. It was being used as a regular bathtub with a shower. The room was big and was clean on the surface- but the cabinets in the kitchen and bath areas were worn and dirty. The bath cabinets looked like they had been water damaged and were pretty sad.
