"If you are handicapped go to another hotel. The only handicapped rooms and outside in the pool area. The room is dirty and poorly maintained. There is rot under the window and holes in the door of the bathroom as well as around the fire detector. The molding around the bathroom door has been attempted to be repaired but not sanded down or painted with the correct paint color. There are cracks in the bathtub wall. There is rust on the seat for the handicapped individuals to use to take a shower. The have rooms on the first floor inside -how disrespectful to make the handicapped individuals stay outside in an unsecured area and in a room so poorly maintained."

"We have stayed here several times due to the proximity ti the heart hospital. The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is fresh and delicious with some great choices. The rooms are clean. "

"I will admit the hotel itself was nice, but I forgot my earings on the nightstand the night we stayed. I called the evening after checking out when I finally realized I didn't grab then. The gentleman at the desk said he would talk to the house keeping crew and call me back. I never received a call back. So when I was in Lubbock again 5 days later I decided to go in person. I informed the girl at the front desk why I was there. She processeded to look around and then after not finding them called another employee. He told her he looked and didn't see them. When I called it was after the check in time so the room would have already been cleaned. "

"The room had no light - which was probably best because we were not able to see where the awful smell was coming from. The carpet was stained and dirty. The receptionist allowed for a refund that I am waiting on."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Water took a long time to heat up and then it was just warm enough to take a shower. There was no channel line up in the room and the tv doesn't have a guide option to choose channels and see what is on. "

"Went to see George strait and the concert was amazing. And the manager D was wonderful. Helped us out so much. Im handicapped and he went out of his way to help us.. thank you D and your team was great."
