Ron the manager was excellent. We extended our stay and upgraded to the stables….he organised his team to move all our stuff into the new room and it was ready by 1030. The artesian outdoor bath tubs were a fantastic surprise. Perfectly located….been travelling for 2 weeks and this was best place we stayed.

I have never yet found accomodation that was worth a 10/10. We loved every minute of our stay. Cabin contained everything we could need. Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and friendly! We truly wound down and it was just what we needed. Absolutely loved the ambience. Not at all a try hard pioneer feel. Authentic slab hut but with AC to keep you warm or cool if needed. So much to do and see in Longreach even if you don’t book the tourist shows. We loved the Qantas museum though. So good we’ve booked again in 12 months time. 100% recommend.

We have stayed here quite a few times and we have had really good service and it’s very well kept tidy room with comfortable beds. The owners are absolutely lovely and happy to help in anyway they can. This time we stayed in the slab rooms and they were absolutely beautiful. We were upgraded to a slab hut which was excellent. The hut was very roomy with a full kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The artesian baths were very close and heaven after a long day out.
