「Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast...

「Fantastic stay between Bath & Stonehenge. Surrounding towns provide tonnes of history, monuments and pleasant hills. Great carpark and good showers. It was an unusual hot night and the room had a fan!!! Great staff, I recommend.」

「The property is simply stunning! I have been to the Cotswolds many times over the years however this was a first for my partner who found the area breathtaking. The highlight of her few days here was the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was faultless and will certainly return for a longer stay.」

「My second time staying here and it remains a really enjoyable and comfortable base for Marlborough and the surrounding area. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good and generous, and the people are responsive and accommodating. A good, relaxing option.」

「This charming Inn was just what we wanted, old world charm mixed with great accommodations. The food from breakfast to dinner was wonderful. The garden area was equally warm and inviting.」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was a little tired. A big car park for about 14 cars was a big plus. The road system is a little complicated and busy, so advanced planning how to access the car park is recommended. The full English Breakfast was provided bang on time and was adequate. I would suggest that they introduce cornflakes, marmalade and any fresh fruit or yoghurts. We also had to ask for second cups of coffee/tea.」

The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property. The tents are so nice and gave little touches that take it over the top: water bottles, ear plugs, eye masks, decor, space heater, lights over the entrance (didn’t keep me awake). 「Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. 」

「On arrival I was charged again for the room I had already paid for in November. After I checked and realised I'd been charged twice, hotels.com were extremely helpful and in the end the management at premiere inn did refund my money ( that's still not in account) the manager there was very helpful and apologetic. Overall it was a good night in the end.」

「Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! 」
