「Disappointing customer service
Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We accidentally booked the wrong month and noticed the mistake within 24 hours. We immediately contacted Expedia and tried to work with the hotel to correct the dates, as we genuinely wanted to stay at the property.
