Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping. "

The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. "

"This is a modern, upscale hotel. Google maps gets you close to the hotel, but I found that Google maps is not very accurate in China. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor of the high rise building. The room had very modern amenities and a nice shower. There was an issue with the airport transfer which, according to Expedia, was included in the price of the room, but when I got to the hotel they said it wasn't included. The main reason I booked the hotel was for the airport transfer. I'm not sure...
