The staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful

The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in.

Rooms were smaller than expected. The staff could be more attentive to clients at least just acknowledgement that clients are standing there waiting. The roof top pool had to be the highlight of the hotel. Staff were really laid back, didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Best thing about our stay was Kun, the best bell boy. Nothing was never any trouble for him when we needed anything. Kun is an asset to this hotel

The staff made our stay wonderful.
