「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. For instance, the rooftop pool with bar and lounge area is not accessible to anyone staying at the hotel since it is not open yet. The running track in addition to the gym was also not open. The main gym was available and was nice. The mini bar that’s supposed to be throughout the day is only stocked once with four beverages and that’s it.
