"This was an amazing place to stay! Very clean and the bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again. The building is very secure. It can be a bit challenging when you initially get there to get in, but as long as you follow the instructions carefully then you shouldn’t have a problem, plus it ensures safety."

"Upon entering the facility, the staff did greet us within seconds of us walking through the door. They were very friendly, with an outgoing personalities. They greeted us with their names. They made sure that we had everything that we needed. Informed us where all the accommodations were. They also helped me out with my requests. For an additional support with a shower chair. They were just very attentive throughout the trip. They also blessed us with some Mystery tickets for the nickelodeon park over there at the Mall of America. I was very happy and grateful for this visit. Only setbacks, I will say, is that some of the products for the the type of hotel. Was a little on the cheap side. The soap, shampoo iand the lotion cheap. However overall, it was a great experience"
