「They gave us trouble with the room we reserved originally because they were having windows replaced and because we booked thru Expedia they stated they didn’t have a phone number to call us to let us know the room needed changed. They also didn’t tell us about the room change until I had to come back up and inform them we received the incorrect room. It took 3 room changes to get the correct room we reserved.
