"Room was perfect, very comfortable and cosy, had a lovely night of sleep. Breakfast buffet for us was the most disappointing the. We had been to the Stamford in Brisbane and had the best buffet breakfast ever. Was v disappointed with the spread available. The only "southeast Asian" option was the miso soup and congee which was hidden in a corner. Booked the room as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend based on our experience at the buffet breakfast in Brisbane (we're big breakfast people)"

"Great proximity to Melbourne CBD. Big room, comby Queen Bed, lovely linen. Housekeeping very obliging and helpful. Front desk very attentative. If you have allergies, turn air con off in your room, and open the balcony door. Which I did for 7 of the 9 days I stayed."

"Very large clean apartment. Perfect for romantic getaway. The only negative is if you are over 70 or disabled, getting into the bath/shower with its huge step up is really dangerous and especially risky when wet. So be aware. "

"The room felt super clean, safe and welcoming. The whole hotel had a great vibe. The pool area was better than expected, although nowhere near enough sun lounges. There is adequate space to add more and remove some of the standard chairs. I feel that this should be strongly considered by Management given how popular the pool area is."

"The location was superb, being along the free tram route and close to many restaurants and sights, as well as Chinatown. We found a lovely coffee place right out the side door of the building! Rooms were clean enough, but shower tiles and floor could be cleaned and dusted a bit more. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again. "
