「Everything was perfect, from the staff to the room!」

「The resort was super nice. I proposed to my fiancé there. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was I was told they would switch my room to a better room with a view when we got to this room it was smaller and the view was okay. They did resolve the issue though when I called letting them know I wasn’t comfortable in the room once they switch the room I actually paid for was perfect and way better view even though it was on a lower floor.
