「The staff was excellent!! The hotel was very nice and clean. It has a nice vibe, and the room was faultless. Seriously, (maybe TMI) it was the first hotel we’ve stayed at in the last nine months that had the toilet seat properly attached. Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! We have already booked another stay and we’ll use this hotel for all of our travels to the front range/Denver area. Love...

「No complaints. Check-in went smoothly, our room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, and check-out was easy. We didn’t eat breakfast because we had to check out by 7 AM and the restaurant wasn’t open. 」

「cancelled my reservation when i was flying in from texas and called me 1 hour before the front desk closed. i got so many different versions as to why it was cancelled, one person said it was because i missed check in time, another person said it was because they extended other people’s stays and in turn had no room for us anymore.
