"More than just updating is needed: The strong musty smell hits you as you walk into the room. The walk-in shower had dirty grout in the corners. Dark walls, dim lighting, and poor window treatments didn’t help. Staff were helpful in changing rooms, but no accessible choices so we had to climb stairs. Tub was clean but had no grab bars. Second room also had strong musty smelling."

"Dirty rooms, broke hot tub,cranky elevator,no ice on 3rd or 4th floor. Breakfast was basic. Yogurt,waffles,biscuts and gravy and sausage. Dry cereal and diffrent breads."

"Horrible. Filthy. If I could get my money back for the night I had to stay there I would. The pictures are extremely deceiving. The sheets were stained and stunk. There was no mattress protector there. Nothing was clean about the only thing that was clean was the towels that were put in the bathroom. The shampoo dispenser was broken. Thankfully I brought my own. There was baby powder all over the back of a chair for the desk that was in there the remote had tape for the TV to hold it together...
