「I showed up after driving 12 hours to be told I cannot stay because they only allow dogs. I had 1 female cat and the denied me my reservation with zero refund. I brought my cat last minute and wasn’t sure if I was going to when I booked so all I saw was pet friendly. She asked me and I was honest with her because I was willing to pay the fee. I explained to her my reservation was non refundable and she told me Expedia is to handle it and Expedia said it was up to the hotel. Needless to say…I was...
