「The staff was fantastic! We loved our room and the grounds of the resort! The breakfast was so lovely every morning and getting to and from the resort to go on excursions was very easy!」

「We loved our stay here. Our room had plenty of space, it was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was great seating in front and back of our unit. We saw macaws, tucans and squirrel monkeys from the front and back patio areas! What a treat. 」

「The staff (Daniella in particular) was so very accommodating; they helped us greatly with scheduling tours; arranging transportation; suggestions for dining. The hotel itself was very uniquely designed compared to hotels in the US. Monkeys joining us for breakfast was an unanticipated treat.」

「Overall excellent. Only (minor) problem was that the first night was pretty cold, and there was no heat in the room. The second night the host provided a ceramic electric heater and that made the cabin very cosy.」

「The included breakfast is amazing—two courses! The bathrooms/showers are very tight in spacing, but there are bigger bathrooms in the attached restaurant section. Those bathrooms/showers are shared by all in the hostel, including those with private rooms (which was fine, never had to wait to use facilities). There is no A/C, so realize that it can get quite hot in the rooms, especially during the day (it’ll get hotter than outside temp, even with the fan). The host is incredibly friendly. I’d...
