"Was perfect for my stay quick overnight. The shower was a bit confusing (maybe directions), bed was comfortabe, sheets where nice, towels where OK. The tow ladies in the morning very nice excellent french press coffee and cooked to order breakfast. Check-in was good and fast. Parking is a bit rough."

"I had a great stay here while I was visiting my mother who is receiving palliative care in a local care home. The staff at the watetfoot were very kind and caring and it was lovely to have a nice room to stay in after long days with my mother. I must say that the shower in my room was brilliant. "

"Room felt dirty. Sparsely furnished. Booked a superior double was very inferior. The onky good point was the view. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming on arrival. Security of the hotel was extremely lax. The main reception was closed due to refurbishment entry via parking underground garage which anyone could access which meant anyone could access the floors to the bedrooms. Only redeeming featuree were the staff in the breakfast room who were helpful and friendly with a smile. Overpriced and not what one would expect for a Hilton Hotel."

"We were advised that some refurbishment works were happening in the restaurant on our arrival but where told this wouldnt affect us as we were in the opposite side of the hotel. We soon found out early the next morning that this wasnt the case, woken by constant pneumatic drilling that sounded like it was coming through the wall.... on inspection it was..... as it was the bedroom right next door to us that they where drilling in. We went for breakfast, tired, waited for over 10 minutes for someone to arrive to seat us. Then when we were finally seated, our order was taken and left with the kitchen. No-one came to the kitchen to even start to cook the food for another 15 minutes. I asked for sausage, soda and bacon. I got 2 sausages, the tiniest piece of soda bread Ive ever seen and two very small pieces of what I can only describe as fat (which should have been the bacon - it looked think the actual bacon had been removed! Anyway after staying here once before in the past and coming back to have a relaxing stay, it was awful. There are some nice hotels to stay in Derry, I certainly couldn't recommend this one."
