The staff were very nice and the location was good. Very short walk from St Pancras. It is also busy most of the time. I felt very comfortable walking around when it got dark though I wasn't out too late. The wifi wasn't great. We were at the top of the building and couldn't get a signal but was ...

Good location, 10-15 minutes walk from king cross. Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful. We had an issue with one of the beds when we got into at night time and they sorted us out but it meant we had to move room at 10.30 at night with two kids.
