This is my favorite London hotel. Very comfortable and staff are fantastic. Very convenient location on multiple tube lines and opposite 2 major train lines complete with multiple shops making snack and supplies shopping v easy as well as excellent morning coffee options. Stylish and dining options are distinctive making it a fun experience but most of all the beds are so comfortable and black out drapes are effective making it a good night sleep

I would give this hotel 10 stars if i could!!! We took the train -Piccadilly line from the airport and it drops you off right at the steps of the hotel which is so convenient. The hotel itself is so aesthetically pleasing and the staff was great. Our room was huge and so cute. There are many restaurants and bars inside your hotel and they stay open late which is so nice!! Our experience was seriously 10/10 and we would love to come back!!

Recently refurbished and clean. The room was small, but it had all the necessary amenities, including a towel robe, as well as a mini bar and kettle for making tea. I would recommend it as a convenient place to stay near to King's Cross.

Room is quite small. No complimentary still water is available. Also, no other complimentary bath equipments available. Only nice location near St. Pancras is great. Service is great too the staff very helpful.

Standard London has become a home away from home when I'm travelling to the United Kingdom! Excellent location, terrific amenities and the always helpful staff, make this my go to accommodation. I've stayed in all manner of room style there, however the Junior Suite is just the right square footage and with a St-Pancras facing terrace, even in January, it makes for a terrific place to entertain colleagues. Can't praise this property enough and always look forward to the next visit!

Brutalist icon, super cool, but not luxe
Architecture fans will love this place. The owners have taken a brutalist office building and turned it into a super-cool hotel. Attention to design details is impressive, the fundamental character of the building has been not just retained but put firmly center stage. It's also in a great location directly opposite St Pancras station. That said . . .I had a king room, which had great space but an awkward layout. The bed is literally in the middle (so you can walk all around it), there is an oversized alcove eating space (why so much table space for two people?), but no obvious place to keep your suitcase (wherever you open up the stand provided, your suitcase will be in the way). There is a good size desk but it serves as the headboard, so it's quite tall and therefore has a stool rather than a chair. My main concern is the apparently total lack of interest in sustainability. The room only has two small bins, and none for recycling. The default position is to change linens every day (you can leave a card to tell the cleaner *not* to change the bed), and the usual rule about towels (hang up to keep, on the floor to replace) is not used here, so towels were replaced every day. The toiletries provided were all made in China, when in fact for a high end hotel like this, UK-made products should be the standard. The restaurant menu did not appear to refer to organic options, or sources. Overall, you pay for a super cool ambiance, but not true luxe like a grand hotel.
