It’s always pleasant to stay in this hotel. Staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Ms Tina. I always stay in this hotel whenever I am back in London. It got everything I need , lots of dining options within walking distance and it’s so close to tube station.

Property has great staff, hotel Is in good shape. Room was smaller than I anticipated but we were happy with our five night stay. The cocktail hour at 6pm every night was a treat and opportunity to meet/chat with others.
