I want to emphasize that the staff was so great and friendly but they are under heavy construction and straight up falsely advertised our rooms. We did not have a king / queen bed as advertised, the bathrooms were pretty gross and after one shower it left the enter apartment smelling musty. The lock was also extremely difficult to use as well.

There were no staff present on arrival. The room was in the basement and was damp. The rug covering the floor looked very dirty. The bathroom was tiny. The windows were obscured for some reason. We did not stay and booked into another hotel nearby.

The accommodation was in the perfect location for kings cross. A couple minutes from the station. There was a delay with checking in but these things happen. The staff were lovely and kept our bags for us while we went to explore whole waiting to check in. The room was nice, it had a double bed, a sofa bed and a single, on suite and small kitchen area. It was great for overnight but If staying for longer the lack of an area to hang out would become an issue and the sofa bed was a little hard. Decorating was nice but marks on the wall could do with a touch up with some paint in areas again nothing dramatic. Id stay again for the price. It was a warm and comfortable overnight stay in a great location.

It was really really really hot, there weren’t any staff around to help us other than some guy sat at a desk 24 hours doing his own stuff, the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied and the tap in the sink in room 41 was literally coming off of the sink. It’s a good place to stay if you’re coming in and out and really really convenient (2 minutes from Kings Cross station). Not a lot of room, could barely fit two people in the room but it had a tea set, body wash, towels, a hair dryer and a TV provided.

Non metto una stella solo perchè il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile , la camera è stata molto deludente e le condizioni igieniche non corrispondevano nemmeno lontanamente alla cifra pagata . Era piena di polvere , sprovvista di sapone nel bagno e poco profumata.

The room looked old and unkept. It had satined sheets, pillow cases and matress. Which was also very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was dirty. The ironing boad had no cover and i was given a towel to use as a cover by a member of staff. The iron did not work properly. People were c iron did not work properly. We could not sleep all night night due to noise. People coming in and out of heir rooms noisily, dlamming doors andtalking very loudly. We could slso hear the washing machine al night long.

The staff were amazing. The kind person who checked me in, sorted my WiFi issues and lent me a phone charger was wonderful and I was so appreciative of his support. Excellent value for money and the location is super. Would stay again and recommend.

check in no problem. check out no staff there, had to leave a note. Room 29 had dirty window frames. Towel rail and toilet roll holder very rusty, wash basin also. No spoon for tea/coffee. Tea coffee holder was dirty. Towel was thread bare with bits coming off it.

Superior ground floor suite

Sadly, I didn’t read the reviews before booking but was seduced by the photos. The reality was unfortunately far from the promise. If you read other reviews you won’t be surprised at how shabby the rooms are. What confuses me more is the establishment know about the problems but as far as I can tell have done nothing to at least try to rectify the issues. It’s such a shame because the location is perfect for onward travel. I can’t imagine spending any length of time there, thankfully my friends and I spent just one night. The room was given a cursory clean, the mattresses lumpy and uncomfortable, the tv didn’t work, wallpaper was peeling, the curtain was half off it’s rail, the courtyard shared area had rubbish and an old towel left outside. It was very hard to find a positive and I just wish they would employ someone to sort out the issues and care about what they are providing. Be warned… do your homework, I certainly will in the future!
