It is great bring able to have a room in the very heart of London center, so close to Covent Garden Opera. All you need is on walking distance ! And it is a very long time ago I met such nice people helping in a hotel, it makes me feeling very welcome and at home. THANK YOU If the airco will be working again, it will make my stay more than excellent !!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Felt safe and convenient. Room was a bit small but comfortable and what you would expect for the price. Friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

Seeing some of the bad reviews, I nearly cancelled my booking. That would have been a mistake! While there are some rough edges, I'm so glad I stayed here! The location is PERFECT, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had all the basics. True - there is no lift and the stairs are narrow... but I think that's fairly standard for London! There are some things that could use an update - but I found things clean and comfortable. I'm glad I stayed here - and I would definitely go back!

The location is ideal for me and the rooms quiet and spacious compared to others in the neighbourhood at similar prices. Lack of lift and restaurant equally doesn't bother me but might influence others.

While the online reviews and photos are high, our room was clearly one that was not remodeled. It was decent yet had a poor old bathroom floor that was peeling and dirty and grossed me out. Additionally the pillow cases we had all had stains on them. The location is good and reception desk was helpful but was lower quality than what I expected.
