Warning before booking! I had the most horrific experience. It was so bad I had to request to move to different rooms. The first one littered with blood stains as if there was a dead body in the middle of the floor. There are holes in furniture, blood stains, blinking chandelier lights no light in the bathroom and a leaky faucet made the shower pressure dismal for what they are charging. I highly recommend booking anywhere else. I’ve actually never stayed in a hotel in such bad condition.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was so kind and it is centrally located. It is an older hotel, but that doesn’t take away from the kindness and hospitality we experienced there. Overall I would highly recommend!

The hotel is magnificent in decor. The room was immaculate and it has A/C which was much needed due to the heatwave while we were there. Staff was very professional.

Nice hotel in a good area, 2 minute walk from a tube station too. Staff were lovely and allowed us to check in early, room was more than comfortable, only negative was that the bath wouldn’t hold water and constantly drained.

Beautiful building with classic furniture like beautiful hotels used to be. A feeling of old and nostalgia in a classic way dominates. However, the front desk treats you in a cold, calculating way, as if your stay were a money transaction process, no more and no less. The overall feeling from staff is cold. Room service isn’t great at all, perhaps 6-7/10. Nothing was placed in the minibar fridge.

The Bentley is always is an easy choice for us, the attractive building and interiors are luxurious and the bedrooms and bathrooms we've had were comfortable and spacious. The location to food and transport is perfect for getting around London.

Property was ok.. room was an upgrade to a huge suite however... nothing worked in the living room. No TV or phone were operational. Elevator lights were partially out, no internet working the morning we left. Restaurant was empty and no staff any where so we had to walk to a place down the street. The room was over $900 US. It was quite disappointing to say the least.

This is a lovely Grande Dame property - lots of marble and ornate gold fittings - with lovely spacious rooms, but overall for a relatively expensive 5* hotel (I stay in hotels around this area often) we felt it could do with a bit of TLC. The telephone in the room was not working, the shower delivered only scalding hot water, and there was no plug in the bathtub, and the a/c humming was quite loud throughout the night. Very helpful and friendly staff though.
