Beautiful hotel in the heart of the City of London very close to great transport links. Downside is they were not aware of the VIP perks that I was supposed to receive and also did not deliver the pre paid Birthday treats that I had arranged directly with them to the room prior to our arrival as planned. I would stay again, but they need to improve their customer service in this case.

Overall, very impressed with the hotel. Clean and well presented room. Friendly professional staff, nice facilities, fantastic spa treatment. A couple of bits to enhance, I needed to request the VIP perk bottle of wine and it was delivered too late to enjoy. Breakfast was good but a little disorganised in ordering eggs and chamomile tea was served instead of peppermint. Nothing too bad, just a couple of little things.

Outstanding hotel in a great location. Extremely close to Liverpool lime street. Staff were all so lovely and attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, clean and has everything you could need. The room was spacious, decorated beautifully with a brilliant bathroom area. Will definitely be returning.

The manager of the hotel do not want to listen to clients problems, he stays in his office even that I try 10 times to speak with him about some issues in his hotel. Not nice to do so , he must listen to his clients

The Pan Pacific London is truly an outstanding establishment. Boasting a modern and elegant ambiance, the hotel exudes a sense of newness in every aspect. Impeccable quality defines every detail of this remarkable property. The staff at the Pan Pacific London are not just attentive; they are genuinely thoughtful, anticipating and meeting every possible need. The level of service offered here stands out as one of the finest I've experienced in my travels across various five-star hotels worldwide. However, it's important to note that my experience was slightly marred by the restrictive hours set for the children's swimming pool. Operating only from 9-11am and 3-5pm on weekdays, and 7-9am and 4-6pm on weekends, these limited hours proved to be somewhat inconvenient. For families with children, especially those looking forward to utilizing the pool, this schedule may pose challenges, requiring them to adjust their London plans accordingly. If the pool is a significant factor in your choice of accommodation, it might be worth exploring other options such as the Mandarin, which doesn't impose such restrictions on children's pool access. Despite this minor drawback, the Pan Pacific London remains an exceptional choice for those seeking a luxurious and high-quality stay in the heart of the city.

What is there not to like?! From the second I arrived I was treated like a VIP. Jonathon, the doorman, was a superstar! Took carriage of my luggage before I even entered the hotel, and offered me water and fresh Madeleine's while I checked in. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Tower, Spitafields Markets, Bricklane and London Bridge - to name a few. I was given a room on the 18th floor with magnificent city views. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked with French toiletries and a wide variety of snacks. I was in need of R&R this leg of my 3 month trip so booked a massage in the hotel spa and ordered room service - neither of which disappointed. I will definitely stay again next time I visit London.

I stayed at the Pan Pacific while traveling for work for about a week. You feel like royalty when staying here - they provide excellent, efficient, and friendly service. I landed about 6am and desperately needed a shower and refresh before heading into the office as my room was not ready yet. They allowed me to use their gym / spa facilities and it was beyond pleasant. The amenities were top notch - it was a quiet, clean, and upscale space and I was very thankful they allowed me to use it at my leisure that morning. I also left my passport at the front desk (6am landing after all!!) and they promptly called me to alert me, sealed it with their security team and ensured I got it back immediately upon my return to the hotel after work that day. The room itself is exquisite - the titled tub / shower room, the angular windows, and the ultra chic finishings made my week incredibly pleasant. One night I came back late with McDonald’s in my hand after a night out with coworkers… I did get some disapproving looks from the staff but giggled to myself and headed up to my room. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend trying it out. The trip I took shortly after this one, I stayed at the Andaz across the street which was a far from wonderful experience. I can’t wait to be back at the Pan Pacific for the trip :)

Well maintained hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Luis, the concierge was particularly helpful and provided great service. The hotel is also situated in an area that is less hectic which we really enjoyed, no crazy crowds. We will be back the next time we are in London.
