Easy to find close to the tube station only a couple of minutes walk, greeted by friendly staff check in went smoothly. Room was clean and comfortable even though it was the hottest day of the year at 31 degrees!

Allowed me to check in early which was nice. Ended up in an accessible room which was more spacious than other rooms I’ve stayed at (this was my 3rd visit to this hotel).
