Fairly standard property. Close to the underground train and walkable to many restaurants, pubs and a grocery store. Unit was generally clean with useful amenities. Cleanliness could have been slightly better. Noticed some dust behind headboard but that’s me being picky. Unit was well ventilated and had a kitchenette.

Our stay was ok, not great. The location was convenient. But the room was tight, uncomfortable and had a bad smell. The remote, kettle and elevator were all broken. They were going to charge us just to store our bags which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Maybe it was just bad experience but I would not recommend this place to friends.

Great location, room was great for the price! So much in the room (kettle, sink, tv etc) and the bed was so comfy. Would definitely stay here again

The picture shows a lovely view with a shady tree. What I got instead was a basement room with the view being a trash can outside the only window. In addition, the entrance to the room was black every night by a mess of suitcases, creating a genuine fire hazard. And worst of all, they wouldn’t clean the room during the stay. (Their policy is that they only clean the room after checkout, even if you’re staying for 10 days!) So I had a room with no ventilation, no window, quite stinky after the first few days, and eventually unbearable to stay in, so I checked out a few days early. Possibly the worst room I’ve rented in London over the course of umpteen trips.

The room was perfect for our needs there were some kitchen appliances and also a lift in the building. The host was great at communicating and the building is in a great location there was a bus stop right outside and earls court underground station only a few minutes walk away. We would stay again if we are in the area again :)

What I liked: the shower, the aircon, the neighbourhood, how close it is to the metro. On the other hand, the kitchen furniture is a bit run down, the utensils and glasses were not properly cleaned, the room is quite small. I believe it is still good value for the money.

Room on the first floor was cleaned and also well protected by environmental sound. I could hear people coming and go in the propoerty but not much cars and train from the station. Ideal for small stay since the unit is small, perfect for 1, a bit too crowded for 2!

Terrible - I could not stay there at all. There was mold in the shower with a random half used shampoo bottle on the floor. The kitchenette counter was scratched and peeled off. When I reached out to the property rep, they told me that they would not reimburse me and did not see any problems with my photos that showed mold! They said they could just come and paint it over while I would be staying there!? The photos on Expedia do not match the state of the room/facilities and building. Can’t believe this is rated as “good” on the website.

Certes ce n'est pas bien isolé, et on entend les voitures, il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger. Mais il y a ce qu'il faut pour profiter quelques jours et le service a été très réactif ! Pour le prix je n'ai pas trouvé mieux !

Limited communication. They sent the check in instructions an hour prior to check in. Smoke alarm battery needed changing and it took 24 hours for them to change it because there is no staff on the premises. I slept through a night and they did not seemed concerned with fixing it asap or have sympathy that I had trouble sleeping . I had to the reach out multiple times throughout the day before getting an update. Bathroom had an odor like there was too much moisture being trapped. Note there is no room service. Otherwise, the room was acceptable.
